Happy Halloween!

The first few pictures warrant explanation:

1. Bethany "helping" Daddy work on the truck.

2. A visit from Uncle Will inspires the girls to be crazy!

3. Bethany made a "Peanut" mask for Caroline and a "Punkin" Mask for herself.

4. Schuyler's mom made Bethany's gypsy costume...Bethany picked it herself from the pattern book.

5-7. No explanation needed.

The annual Halloween tricycle parade is always a favorite event at Caroline's preschool...Bethany was disappointed her school was not having one.  The "parade" is more or less a free-for-all in the gym.  The kids wear costumes and eat cookies...to be loaded with sugar starting at 9:30 in the morning!

Bethany's school did have an outdoor fall carnival with lots of games and prizes for the kids.  Caroline was sick that day, so she didn't get to go.

The girls wore Halloween outfits to school on Halloween...we posed at the flowers on the way to the bus stop.  I had no idea they would turn out that good!  After school it was a mad dash to carve a pumpkin (face designed by Bethany, carved by Daddy), eat dinner, change into costumes and go trick-or-treating.  It was cold outside!  The girls lasted about an hour, and still had plenty of "loot"!
